
There’s olive oil and then there’s Inez! This perfect grassy olive oil from the Santa Ynez valley of Santa Barbara is so delectable, I can vividly recall every dish it improved. I’ll put it this way, once we had houseguests who blew thru half a bottle in a week and made no other indiscretions and my boyfriend (who loves it as much as I do) was so upset about it he had to avoid them for weeks! Shoutout to the founder who also happens to be on RL @Augustin Vita 🫒
